Equipment

The 30 Day Abs program is designed to be done anywhere, at home or in a gym. Minimal equipment is needed. You can always substitute exercises and scale if needed. Here is the equipment that is good to have:

How Does This Work?

When you purchase the 30 Day Abs program you will get access to the full PDF ebook with all workouts, exercises, and video links.

The first part of the book contains links to video demonstrations of the 62 ab exercises used in the workouts. The videos show exactly how to perform each exercise. Take some time and watch the videos. Familiarize yourself with how to do each exercise before you start the workouts.

The second part of the book contains 30 days of ab workouts. They are intended to be done in order. There are intentionally no rest days. Incorporate the daily workouts into whatever workout routine you are currently doing. No need to think up exercises day to day, just follow the daily workouts to build core strength and muscular definition.


What To Expect?

You have to put in the effort to get results. There’s no way around it, you can’t just read the book and expect to get results. You have to do the work.

The program is designed to be as simple as possible. Start at day 1 and go to day 30. Do a workout a day. When you’re finished with day 30, repeat the cycle. If things get easier, add more reps, more rounds, or more weight. Repeat the cycle as many times as you want to get the results you want.

You can see results in as little as 30 days, but the more you repeat the 30 day cycle the better your results will be. The first time I went through the cycle, my abs became more defined, my front squat got heavier, and my lifts got better. It was also easier to pickup my kids and my groceries but that was just a side effect.
